Pentax K-3 • ¹⁄₁₆₀ sec • ƒ / 8,0 • 82 mm • 100 • smc PENTAX-DA 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 AL WR Eilean Musdile, Scotland, United Kingdom The rock on which the beacon is placed is submerged at high tide. It is called Lady's Rock because the wife of one of the first Lords of Duart, after displeasing her husband, was stranded on the Rock. A fisherman heard her crying and rescued her from the Rock before the high tide. Legend has it that they lived happyly ever after. Other tales say that it was a member of her family who rescued her. Despite the fishing boat nearby, today there was no Lady to rescue from Lady's Rock. uuid="06381AF1-62AF-4354-9F05-E1190C2F00A4" id="United Kingdom lilleulven.com _K3_8087.dng Scotland Lilleulven.com"
