Cape Foulwind Beach
Cape Foulwind, West Coast, New Zealand Cape Foulwind originally named, when visited the first time by an Europan, Abel Tasman in 1642, Rocky Cape. But when Captain Cook visited the same area 128 years later he also was surprised by a storm which blew his ship out into the sea so he renamed the area then to Cape Foulwind. uuid="FD07C5EF-9C2C-45C3-BED9-0C6155F9137E" id="New Zealand lilleulven.com 20130123_091242_NZ_West Coast_Cape Foulwind_Cape Foulwind Beach_www.LilleUlven.com.DNG New Zealand South Lilleulven.com"
